OUR HISTORY
From our passion, experience, and frankly out of necessity (thanks, pandemic), BC Land Dev. began servicing BC custom home earthwork needs around the Phoenix Valley in 2020. After expanding outside of our own projects to completing hundreds of projects all around the Valley, we’ve gained more experience and have been able to grow our team to a full-functioning land development organization. We provide earthwork services including excavation and trenching, lot clearing or grubbing, grading, constructing house pads, drafting, wash relocation, project management, and more. As the market continues to grow and becomes more and more demanding, BC Land Dev. grows to keep up with the demand. We are in the service of our clients and pride ourselves in our attention to detail, adaptability, and keeping our word.
