BC recently underwent the full entitlement process on 2.5 acres of a residential corner in Apache Junction. Surrounded by a mix of high density condos, apartments and some single family homes, BC decided to create a retiree or starter home single family subdivision on smaller low maintenance lots fitting for the area. This project entails paved roads, ADA compliant sidewalks, drywells, retention areas, retaining walls, water main extensions, individual meters and service lines, sewer tie-ins with additional man-holes, transformer connections, and about 2500 yards of import to properly balance for flood control and build certified pads ready for high-quality post-tensioned monolithic slab foundations.
